i don't think you are pregnant if you had sex on Friday, sperm doesn't live inside you for more than 3 days and it also depends on when you ovulate but if you have taken it every night since then and only missed one it is very unlikely that you'll be pregnant, to be honest i don't think it will make any difference just missing one.

1st up you still run the risk of pregnancy on the pill allbeit reduced. However the risk will be increased by having missed a pill. But it depends what pill you're on. Some offer very little protection if you miss it by a few hours. Some will still give protection if you miss a day or two. However as pointed out above you can't just take a pregnancy test. You have to take it at the right time and it's doubtful it'd register anything a few days after having sex since your hormones won't be changing all that much.

I don't quite understand. Did you make a test because your period is due? Because only then it is most certain that the test is correct. If you do a pregnancy test before you are due or only a few days after unprotected sex, then you have thrown away your money.
The best option would have been to get a morning after pill within 48 of unprotected sex and then use a condom additionally to taking your pill.
The video below explains it quite well
