it is there, actually its under best post season moment instead of best play.

As a die hard Mets fan and baseball fan, that was the best play of the season.

His name is Endy Chavez by the way.

It was by Endy Chavez and it's not in the best plays of the year. Nor is the two tag-outs by Paul Lo Duca at home plate in the playoffs. If you're talking about TYIB, there is a category for Postseason Moments. Both of those are in there. For the best plays of the year, that is only for the regular season. And I have to agree with king and vegasbrother, the best play of the year was Gary Matthews Jr's, 360-over the back-basketcatch-Mike Lambing robbing HR-catch.

It's a toss up between Gary Matt's catch, and Aaron Rowand breaking his freakin nose. My God I miss that guy. You talk abotu a fielder that is going to make some great catches and give it everything.

Sidebar note: he totally got screwed over by not getting the gold glove last year, I swear managers don't even watch games.

I think it should be Gary Matthews Jr.'s spectacular catch in center field, even though my brother is a rangers fan and i am a twins fan, I think that was one of the best plays in baseball history. I dont think that aaron rowand should get it since he is an idiot.

The best catches were on there. The best was definitely the catch by Gary Matthews Jr

Best playoff moment had to be Wainwright getting Beltran looking to win the NL pennant with 2 outs and bases loaded.

You mean Endy Chavez? It was nice but keep in mind the Met's still lost the game.
