Not dramatically. But the other day I saw someone say "No one knows you're freaking til you tell them you're freaking". Usually when I'm nervous I act nervous and look like an idiot. But recently I have been heeding this person's advice and just sitting still and not talking when I feel like acting nervous. It' s really working for me.

Not that I can recall, but I do ask and answer a LOT and my memory isn't that great. But I can say that some questions and answers have really opened my eyes to who some of my friends really are, and that to me is so cool! Just another reason why I love this place ~ like chocolate ;)
