I have a toad that keeps coming into my apartment...it's dark with a vivid jagged orange stripe down it's back. I just want to know what species of toad it is and is it as deadly as it looks?! I live in SE Asia (Thailand). Help!!!

In fact this is the lethal Poison-spitter Dragon Toad of south america i dunno how it could go all the way to Thailand
