Personally I like Shah RUkh, but all four are good in their own ways. Shah Rukh tends to take the mushy lovey movies which I like, while Aamir takes on phsycological or original themed movies. Salmaan is just good at the whole I'm sexy thing, and personally, I think anil kapoor works as the older brother or the wise old father.
All four of them have added their own to bollywood and it all depends on what you like as to who is your favorite.

Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan are the two that I would definitely say are competing for best star of bollywood. Both are dedicated to their craft and excellent actors. They play different roles with Aamir Khan taking the more tortured psychological ones and SRK taking the more romantic ones.
Salman isn't that great of an actor and takes off his shirt far too much. He should try taking acting lessons and leaving his shirt on. Anil Kapoor can't dance, isn't that great of an actor and has that hairy gay man's mustache. (I know he's not gay, but it's really gotta go!)

srk is old and wears way too much makeup. out of those 4 i would say aamir or anil.
