A young lady of 11 is way too young to be worrying about being overweight... you are still growing and will change in height and weight as you get older. No, you should not go on a diet, but it would be a good idea to get into a habit of daily exercise and walking to be healthy. Eat sensibly and don't get into bad habits of skipping meals, or eating junk food between meals.. No diets, especially fad diets are good for growing kids... if you start now with healthy eating and exercise every day, you will feel better, look great and develop these good habits for your adult years. Good luck dear, and enjoy your youth... it goes really quickly!

you're ok! ^^ you weigh 98 pounds girl thats skinny! My friends 5 ft and she weighs about 95, you're fine. NEVER think that you're fat unless it shows... but stay active! Run around, be a kid! Children don't really need to excorcise unless they're lazy and lay around all day long.

11 years old, give yourself a chance to grow, wait till your 16 or 18 before you ask that question.
