me and my friend are like punk kids the way i see it, i think she's strong and can like beat almost n1^ and also i think she's trying to be tough to me like she's a hardcore rocker or friend dunno i can't read her mind lol

I listen to all kinds of different music and I don't think I am a poser. I think she is over reacting to I also think that if you only listen to one type of music your missing out on cool music.

Well, I listen to a variet of music. Be smart about this. Tell her that you have a taste in variety of music, and the definition of poser is not I like rock and R&B.
Tell her that music, is a form of art....and you shouldn't stereotype of forms of music.
ON TOP OF IT, everyone has their own opinion. You just tell her, Hey this is my opinion, I dont like the fact your making me feel bad that I like to different types of music by calling me a poser, that's not nice.
Trust me, she will feel retarded.

MCR isn't punk rock. It's alternative/screamo. That having been said, maybe your friend is trying to broaden your horizons. Should you blame her for that? I mean, your screen name is Helena. Are you a little obsessed?

you know what? don't worry about her. you just continue being you. i listen to rap, r&b, rock, pop. i like different types of music and thats part of what makes me who i am. be you. maybe if she listened to an r&b song she would like it too!
