If your skirt is so short you show your rear, or if you have a short skirt and you bend over and show your rear, then yes it is slutty. Also, it depends on what you are wearing as a top.
Tight jeans are not slutty, but if you are showing any of your butt crack in the jeans, then yes, it is slutty. Again, it also depends on the type of top you wear.

Slutty isn't what you wear it's what you do. I mean I'm chaste and I wear skirts and shorts sometimes. It sounds like she's jealous because you got nice legs. Celebrate the female form!

How weird. Don't any of the girls in your world ever wear anything but pants? I think skirts are fun and they give us so many more options than just wearing boy pants 24/7. Don't let them put you down. Skirts are great and I bet you look great in them.

that girl doesn't know what shes talking about. shes probably jealous because she doesnt have a boyfriend to impress. i wear skirts and i love em. and you only wear it once a week!!! i dont see how that is slutty even in the slightest way.
