Have you spoken with the Little kid that has the orb if you have you have to go to a place where you find a girl with a harp she will tell you that she needs help getting up on the ledge then when you throw her she will give you a bottle. You will see a Rock with a puddle just the bottle to grab the water poor it in the plants that are dry they will grow into bombs throw a bomb into the rock and the puddle will become like a sea and swim until you reached the ledge.
