Though, generally, not considered at all good, some communities do permit the marriages in relations and the cousines are covered under these norms. It would be better if you consult some mature & dependable person of your community to finally decide on the matter.

Not unless you are planning to have kids with six toes or even seriouly night blindness and host of other birth defects. Just find out that your cousin's cousin is not related to you from either of your parents side. If you are just infatuated with her then go take her for a ride and then marry outside the family

Cousin's cousin? From what I heard(I have few Indian friends by the way), an Uncle can marry a niece too. A sister, can arrange to have her daughter to marry her brother i.e. her daughter's uncle. My Indian friend told me this is true. Since she said it is true, I have to believe it to be true. She said it like there's nothing wrong with it. I respect that. It is their culture. I'm sure they find some of the things that we do to be weird also.

Couldn't his cousin's cousin be him.?? So, would he be trying to marry himself and would it then be considered a gay marriage which might be unpopular with the cousin?? I'm glad I don't live in India...
