If yourphone can play mp3's then just get a bluetooth connection to your computer and use your own mp3's and images to make wallpaper and ringtones. you can buy a single or album more cheaply than these scamming ringtone sellers.

Where are you ordering them from? Sometimes, you have to go to your "Media" folder in your phone and go to images or sounds in order to set them up on your phone. At least that's what I have to do and I have Verizon Wireless. I get everything through Get It Now.
I don't know about the ones that you see on TV that if you text to them, you'll get that particular ringtone or wallpaper.

If you have not sent a MMS or music type message then maybe the set up process is not complete, sometimes you must send an MMS once to activate the system. Also they can arrive by email WAP so you might need to check that as well, my daughter lost a lot of money with them.

Well it depends on your service provider. I use to work for Alltel and troubleshot your kind of issue. I would call tech support and have them walk you through it and if it still does not go through they should replace the phone as long as its still under waranty.

if your phone as blue tooth.. get a blue tooth adaptor...and then you can have wallpapers or music files transfered to your moblie phone easily....... once you got adaptor you wont have to pay for your downloads ever again.

YOu have to check you internet settings on your phone. if you are calling it, or SMS'ing it in, and they are not coming through, call you tech service, and have them adjust the settings.
