Do you mean without breaking the yolk? If so try putting the egg in a measuring cup first & then transfer it from the cup to the pan.
If you mean breaking the egg itself, first try squeezing it as hard as you could with your finger intertwined & an end of the egg on each palm, you can squeeze as hard as you want & it wont break. Take it from there.

When I did this experement with an 8th grade class. The one that I thought was the best was the one I thought, at first, would never work. What the kids did was got a jar of peanut butter and scooped out the center. They put the egg on the hollowed out section and covered it back up with the peanut butter. We dropped it from about 25 feet and the jar (plastic) split open but the egg was still intact.
