The laws concerning sexual harassment apply equally to men and women. (There is NO double standard.)

If you do not like being touched, ask her not to touch you. If she persists, tell HER supervisor and YOUR supervisor.... in writing. If nothing is done about it, contact your (Federal) EEOC office.

No one should be touched at your office... and if they are and they don't like it, a Sexual Harassment complaint can be filed. Your supervisors and other management will be held accountable if they know about it and do nothing.

whilst the harassment will become sexual, that's sexual harassment. Touching, innuendo, gestures, puppy names, looks, and so forth... you could surely tell whilst somebody is putting off a violent vibe as against a sexual vibe, or whilst they are putting out the two.

there is no double standard in the work place....if that was the cause then u could sue the company for discrimination.....u could always contact human resources but why do that when can talk 2 her 1st....but i mean i wouldnt go to human resources on her unless it bothered me to the point that i lost sleep at night......of course your situation doesnt sound that serious.

First it's not OK for anyone to do it.....do you like her touching you, if not say something....i don't suggest you return the favor of her touching you at work........tell her if she wants to touch you like that again it should not be at work.....

Well, if it bothers you, you could easily go to HR and report her. More women report sexual harrassment, while men just keep it to themselves.
