George masturbated. Some sperm went to hands.
Then he went to the grocery store to buy something.
He paid the cashier who is a female.
He touched the cashier's hands while giving the money.
After that, the cashier went in the bathroom to pee.
After peeing, she touched her vagina.

Do you think there's a possibility of her getting pregnant?

Sperm is only viable outside of the body as long as it is still wet. Once the semen has dried, the sperm are no longer living. There is no possible way that wet semen would remain on a person's hands throughout getting dressed, driving to the store, shopping, and then paying for an item. It would have dried or been wiped off long before that. Additionally, if I were a grocery store cashier and someone touched me with wet hands, you can be sure that I would wipe them off or go to the bathroom and wash before touching any other part of my body.

Sperm cannot survive in air, and especially not without semen, which protects them from the environment.

Unless it was 5 minutes earlier, and georges hands were still covered in wetness, then the sperm are all dead.

And the likelihood thata women would pee and wipe herself with her bare hand is pretty rare.
