On a country where there are any ISP's (Internet Service Providers) you can connect to the Internet. I have my friends in Mexico who connect and chat with me that means that you too can.

Just get an Internet Connection from any ISP in Mexico and there you go.

The most important thing is to call the place you will be staying and see if you need an international power converter. You will also need a place with either wired or wireless internet, dependant upon the connections your laptop can use. If it can use wireless and wired you will not really need to worry. But if you can only use wired then you will need to ensure they have that. (Most hotels are now providing highspeed internet for free)
