When I worked in a restaraunt as a cook.I was forced to work 7 days a week.12 straight hours with no break.
Told my work was poor.If I was such a bad worker
why did they keep me for three years instead of saying
if you can't handle it you will have to go do something else.
What about the 5 day work week rule.30 minute break
for 6 hours or more.I thought that is the law they have
let you have a break. One day I told them I refuse to work
7 days and I got fired.
A waitress's grandmother passed away and the manager
told her she could not have the day off for the funeral because they were short on help. She took it off anyway and
got fired. Was the manager being unfair?
