I've been chosen to sing a song at my school and I have to do that in front of hundreds of people...I'm so nervous...I lost weight and can't sleep.Could you tell me how to relax or a joke?

breathing will be the key to relaxing. when you think about it,
breathe and try to relax. concentrate on relaxing your body with
every breath. breathe deeply. keep thinking through the process (rehearsing it in your head) and visualize yourself calm and happy.
remember to breathe and focus on your body and breath right before you start. concentrate on making the song good. don't concentrate on the audience. concentrate on producing a quality song.

You just have to take a few deep breaths. Then, think of why your school chose you to sing the song! It has to be because you are a GREAT singer! Usually when you go up to sing there are a bunch of bright lights on you and you can't see the people in the audience! RELAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Try listening to your favorite music or something you like to do for relaxation! GOOD LUCK

just before the performance take a deep breath in, blow it all out, then back in deeply. It helps.

i'm a expert dancer and used to being on point.. you will locate that your adrenalin will take over and as quickly as you're on point infront of all those human beings you would be nice and do each and every thing which you have rehearsed. don't be stressful there is not any choose you would be great and attempt to think of with reference to the possibility you have and enjoy it.. good success harm a leg because of the fact the asserting is going..
