In the United States we have so many more rights than other countries. We have freedom of speech, we can own homes, social sercuirty, anyone can have a job, everyone can vote for presidents, And no war in the country, people no starving.

I come from Korea. I've been living in the United States for 11 years. I feel loved and blessed to be living here. why do people not like here?

I am grateful to be an American. But I cannot be proud of the way this government has behaved. They have ignored immediate threats to us to pursue a personal vendetta. They have tried to erode the rights you glow about in your posts. They deny rights to individuals because they don't like who they sleep with.

So you're right - we are the freest nation on earth. But it doesn't mean there's not a LOT of room for improvement.

It's like saying that a child whose parent only beats it should be grateful because the kid next door gets beaten *and* sexually abused. Neither one are a good option to be living in, just like right now our country isn't doing a lot for us to be proud of.

I guess coming from your country, America seems like Heaven. However, people who've lived here all their lives and even people who aren't from the U.S. sees how corrupted individuals ruined everything good about this country.

You think you REALLY have free speech???? Sure, as long as you stay inside the box, you can say whatever you want.

Social security is diminishing daily and by the time you and I need it, will it really be there? It's unclear.

You can vote but is the process 100% ethical and fair. Um...NO!

People not starving!?!!? Where in the hell do YOU live?

No war on our soil? OK. So..? We're dying on someone else's soil. Does that make it any better.

Wake up, disillusioned one.

This is a huge generalization, I dont know anyone who doesnt like it here.
Maybe the people you know just want more, that can be a problem in a country such as ours, people get greedy and forget just how good we have it.
Remind your friends of this and enjoy the freedom our young men and women fight for.

I love America. I love everything about America.

There are lots of people that like complaining and being obstructionists. Instead of doing something productive with their lives and the freedom they have been given, they choose to complain. They don't know how good they have it.

We have the ability to make each day what we want to. We can wake up and better ourselves or choose to better others around us through volunteering. Not everybody makes the most of each day.

There is no war in America but America is causing war in other countries that are causing lots of deaths and injury. There is a lot of good stuff to celebrate by being American but lets not sweep the bad under a carpet and pretend as if it isn't there.

Bless you for saying that!

Partisan politics is getting such press now that people are actually hating other just because of their political party affiliations, and unfortunately these moronic fanatics are also the more vocal in society.
I think that there are many like you and me who love America.

I absolutely love it here!! I think it is the best country in the world. I don't understand those people that hate it either. If they are so dissatisfied with living here, you would think they would move elsewhere. WELCOME!!
