No, but the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a pretty absolute monarchy. They claim direct lineage from the Prophet so if you insult them, you're really insulting the Prophet's family.
Bin Laden is/was a terrorist leader, nothing more. He would love to overthrow the Saudi monarchy.

Absolute monarch? No, but all you need is a high school history text to figure that out. (I don't mean to be rude, but we should all do a little more reading). I'm sure he thinks he's a revolutionary, though.
As for all the emotional responses, when you get down to it bin Laden is little different than any world leader who would encourage barely mature men and women to put themselves in harm's way to further his agenda. Check amongst yourselves....
