some time if you overwork your muscles during the day they will act out on you when they relax. it was a muscle spasm. depending on the circumstances you should be fine warm baths work and if not call a massage therapist. take care of your body -stretch as much as possible throughout the day especially if you are doing something you normally don't.

It could be gas pain or ligament stretching, which is a burning, stabbing sort of pain in the lower abdomen.

You could simply have a stomach bug or have had something a bit dodgy to eat. if you get them on a regular basis go see your doctor.

probably trapped wind. i get it all the time when i eat certain foods. if this doesnt normally happen and continues over a long period i would get checked out just incase its something that need sorting!

it could be wind, but iget bad pains in the stomach and i suffer with Irritable bowel syndrome. talk to your doctor about it.
