With a freakin' crowbar I'd think, or you can grease it with a stick of butter an try to squeeze it in. I might be wrong but I really don't think we can manipulate the time space continuum. Eight hours is eight hours and probably will never be eighty minutes even if you could made sweet love to it and bought a Cadillac.

Convert it to MP3 with a low bitrate (Quality).
50 - 128 Bitrate will do for talking
128 - 160 is ok for music.
You could also overburn with nero and be able to fit more info on the disc.

you are not gonna get 8 hours on a cd

you need to change it inot mp3 but if you want 8 hrs you are going to have to sacrifice audio quality
