any phone that takes a sim card will do. tho the phone may be locked to the specific company's network. if so then u need to find a person to unlock the phone. you can either get a code or send it to someone. but be careful with the codes if u enter a wrong code a certain amount of times then some phones will lock u out permanently. i did know a guy that used to unlock phones for a minimal fee. if you are interested contact me and ill send u his email. you will have to mail ur cell phone to him but its all legit. this is how i got my phone (its an at&t phone and i have cingular)

I switch cell phones at least twice a month. I have had nokias, motorolas and sony ericssons. I just take out the sim card and pop it into the new phone. It has never mattered what phone i put the sim card in.

No, the SIm card can go into any GSM capable phone of the same carrier. The primary purpose of the SIM card is to store information about your cell phone to the tower, maintain phone numbers, and to provide security. As you purchase newer phone they just place your old SIM card into the new phone. The only time you have to cchange you card, is if you have a 32K sim, instead of the newer 64K SIm.

It can be any phone. However, if the phone is from another ISP like Verizon, then you might have to unlock the phone. It is easy, just do a search on google.com.
