personally i like the name Isis Reign because it has a deeper meaning then most peoples name. This name has a good history to it. It's your child and if you feel something when you say the name then thats the name you should pick

Isis is a beautiful name, and it the name of little god But Reign behind does not quite blend properly to me. I get the point you are trying to make, that it's a queen reigning...clever, but it doesn't sound right to me, And I have an exotic name myself, I'm all for exotic names.

It's different.. I'm not really sure if I like it or not. I think it would be better with a different middle name though, Reign just makes it sound too snobby. Go with Isis and a different middle name :)

Do not do that to your child. Think about how the name would sound when they become a professional. Isis is a strong name but it is not a pretty name by far. Reign is okay and usually the middle name does not matter anyway.

You are probably too young to remember this, but there was a kids' show on TV in the 70's about a female super-hero named Isis. Whenever she wanted to use her power, she would spin around in circles, with her arms out and say "Oh, mighty Isis!" She also had this saying for when she wanted to fly, "Zephyr winds that blow on high, lift me now, so I can fly!" I imagine people who were kids in the 70's will be reminded of that when they hear the name Isis. I would think of another name.
