i was just going to go to the mall but it seems like the deals might be at places like best buy. don't really know what i need there though...

Check the ads in the paper tomorrow. You can find some really good deals -- but only you can decide if it's worth it. The stores are mad crazy -- people will get in line hours before the store opens. People are tired and cranky and most stores only have a few of the advertised items, so you probably won't get the item anyway.

I did it a couple of years when my kids were younger and HAD to have the latest toy. I would get together with friends -- we would get coffee and wait in line in the freezing cold at ungodly hours. I did get lucky with some toys, but my kids soon forgot about them... Arrgh.

My advise to you: Sleep in and savor a relaxing day. Skip the long lines and the grumpy people. Take another day off from work during the week or shop online.

Happy Holidays!

I try to stay out of the stores on that day, but it might be unavoidable :-) I was talking to an employee of Best Buy a few days ago and he said they are going to have some unbelievable deals on computers and other electronic merchandise on Friday. Good luck and don't get crushed by the crowds!

You want a tip? Stay home on black Friday and go shopping on brown Saturday or tan Sunday. I don't do the x-mas crowd thing. It's just too much even to save money.

tip #1... use Google... search for "black Friday sales" and enter your zip code

tip #2... DO NOT go to WALMART... they will have the worst crowd, and its just not worth the fight

tip #3 pick 2-4 stores that the sales interest you... leave home early and cruise their parking lots before they open... stay in the LEAST crowded one

tip #4 lock your purse in the trunk of your car and put your credit/debit card in your pocket... black Friday is the best day for thieves to steal your purse

tip #5 remember that no deal is worth fighting over... and stay calm... if you are an over-excited or nervous sort of person... stay home on black Friday!

Yes. Will probably party Thurs. night and then sleep in line. Where? I don't know yet.

Tip: Get the Thursday morning newspaper for your area (early, or you might not get one) The newspaper will contain more ads than you probably want to see- but you will find deals that way. Also look online.

yes i am going, here are some tips from me to everyone out there, and especially you.
wear knee and elbow pads...things will be ugly.
wear tight clothing, you don't want someone hanging onto you for protection or a free ride.
wear foot ball shoes... that is after you modify them with sharp spikes..
take a tube of toothpaste.... just in case you need an extra edge on that one thing you really want, toothpaste when applied correctly will not only give you nice breath..but foam nicely..like a mad crazy woman!!!
drink plenty of coffee, black coffee....(note: if you must MUST have to relive yourself, go inside a rack of clothing, do not waste time running back and forth to the toilets!!)

may you find what you want FIRST!!!

Yes! I am going shopping! In fact, I will be lining up at 9PM Thanksgiving day to be one of the first in line! You may think I'm crazy, but when theres a 50 INCH SONY LCD for only 1,000 dollars, you can bet that I will be lining up!

The most well sorted and organized website that I use is www.bfads.net

Knock yourself out :)!!
