i keep trying to upgrade and it tells me that my browser isnt set up for this or something like that. i cant remember the exact wording. this computer junk is a little complicated for me and i need some help.

As the previous posted said you need SP2. Go to www.microsoft.com . On the left click on Microsoft Udates. After that you may get a prompt that you need to install a ActiveX. At the top of that screen you will see a yelow bar. Click on it to install the activex. Then you will get to the download page. Click on Custom and wait for the results. Get all the updates you have available to you.
