If it's possible in any way, take a shower beforehand. The heat of the water will help open pores and the hair will come out easier (and less painfully).
If you're really scared of the pain, take 500mg of tylenol 2 hours beforehand.

they also make a lotion that is supposed to numb u but since ur going today then just wait til next time to get that
but it doesnt hurt as bad as u think...just relax and dont stress

There is not much to do before, but right after, put some aloe gel. It will refresh the area, and wont get red and hurt.

Take two Tylenol about an hour before you go. It's not comfortable, but really not as painful as it sounds.
