Are there any MLB Scouts that read these postings?

Question

I would like to try out for a MLB team. I don't care if I only make it to the Minors I just want to know of any try-outs and where they are and time and date please. All information would be appreceated. Tahnks.

I think there are some "walk on" tryouts during spring training. I am going to be practicing my knuckle ball all winter and show up and sign a 10 million dollar a year contract with some very lucky team.

Not all teams host tryouts. The team I used to work for did not hold open tryouts, but usually in publishings like mlb.com, baseball america, etc. Or, you can contact individual teams and see if they host tryouts or not. Check their team website too.

A better bet would be to look into Independent Leagues. It's not an MLB organization, but the players get paid...and MLB teams always look at players from these leagues to fill rosters after the draft and before the season.

Some leagues are the Fronteir League. Just internet search Independent Leagues.

They might browse through it if they have some time. Check your local paper or look on a team's website to see if they have anything posted. I loved playing baseball when I was a kid and I hope you get to live the dream. Good luck!

Im sure that some scouts might fall onto this site.But tryouts for major league clubs are all over the place,just look in the local paper or call the club your close too.

My friend tried out for the Braves. He got the info from their website as the dates & times for tryouts. Good Luck!
