Influencing people is an art....It's not something everyone can do easily. There are some who have the gift of the GAB and can influence anyone's mind....some of them are well known spiritual authors. Many a times it's a person's seniority/age that commands respect/fear and can influence others.
But unfortunately there are some who may be correct, have a valid point but may never be able to change the other person's decision..Well, you can try being a li'l assertive with your tone or may be try giving instances and examples if you want to prove your point and influence them.... The other thing i have noticed is that each human emits some kind of vibrations.....if you vibe well with a person then influencing them gets easier, but with someone whom you may vibe with superficially may never give in to you.
