If you are an EU citizen, then just move there - lots of flights.

As someone else has already mentioned, if you're a EU citizen, just go for it. If you are not, getting working papers is quite a bit more complicated but there are some places that will hire you anyway, for less pay than normal, of course.

Are you a US citizen? You would have to go through the Spanish embassy and the American embassy.
