For Singapore to KL: Go to golden mile, most bus companies are there, i usually go to bus companies like Grassland, Gunung Raya or Konsortium. Tickets are about S$30 onwards for one way. Or if you want a more luxury ride try aeroline, they serve some food on the bus, cost is about S$50 for one way.Bus juorney takes about 5hours to reach kl.
As for KL to Singapore: I usually get tickets from aeroline as well.
Hope you find what you want. Cheers
