I deleted the history but want to know if I can view it by going somewhere else.

how do I get to the temp files?

Yes, temp files and other areas can be used to reconstruct.

You delete the history,
1. your cookies are still there they are usually named username@website.com or something to that extent
2.You temporary files are still there
3.your router logs are still there
4.your firewall logs are still there
5.You isp logs are still there.
6. They are still on your hard drive in a inaccessible sector which people can get into if they know what they are doing use a Department of Defense certified hard drive reformatter to get that cleared out. or just run a electromagnet over the hd.

The history is still there on the server (and always will be), and is in fact still there on your PC to someone with tools that allow them to look beyond what Explorer displays.

Someone that is REALLY good with computers can, when your delete things off your hard drive, they arent really deleted, someone that knows what they are doign could find out

Someone good enough with computers can find anything. Nothing is ever truly gone from a hard drive.
