go to windfall island and talk to elvis dude start playing then look on the bank of the stone with the notes and read them then talk to him agian then he teaches u

Is the Song of Passing the one that turns day into night and vice versa? If so, then you learn it from the Elvis-looking bloke on the hill behind the town on Windfall Island. Play the first few keys (you'll find them inscribed on the rock behind him) and he'll teach you the rest. Good luck!

I love Zelda, the wind waker...well I'm not accessable to my game at the time, but I will let you know ASAP...I think it has to do with one of the triumphit fork locations...I'll buzz you when I find out.

First get the windwaker go to windfall island and if you see a man dancing talk to him do the moves he does with you windwaker and there you have it the song of passing.
