No, not all. My daughter is addicted to exersise and it only benefits her body and state of mind....but everything that I'm addicted to seems to be bad....but there are some healthy addictions, I think..vitamins, education, and exercise nuts are three that I can think of...

Probably, but maybe they're also unavoidable. I recently realized I'm addicted to coffee. But if it's not that, it's probably something else, right?
Actually, some healthy things can become addictive, or so I hear. Some people get kinda addicted to working out I guess, but I haven't gotten there yet... :3

Depends on your definition of addiction.
In the strictest sense, we're all addicted to oxygen, food, water.
We have irresistible urges for those things, and if the urges go unsatisfied for any period it is, to say the least, very unpleasant.
In the most desperate of circumstances, we will even violate our own moral codes to get those things.
