if u vote someone as the most intelligent woman in the world then her intelligence should be of use to others. Any quality which does not serve others cannot be the supreme.
Hence the most beautiful woman on this earth was Mother Teresa. the reason is that everyone whether a child, a man, woman, country or religion were all selflessly served by her.. That is beauty where the world is your stage. As on this date i dont know anyone name but all women in Red Cross,United Nations and other service groups around the world are the beauty peagents.

Beauty is a relative term. If you are lonely in a forest for a long time, the first woman who comes your way would seem to be the most beautiful.
Otherwise, with an open mind and a positive attitude many women around you would be beautiful. That's for the lecture sake.

having red chap , or perfect body shapings, or any thing like cine styles is not a real beauty, the beauty in women in the world will be , like this.
Soft nature, calm, intelligence, having understand about the environment, understanding the behaviour of the people,, having good qualities like wearing the good clothes like indian old times women, not at present style, is the most beautiful women.
