Hi If you are not getting a signal then it looks like you have a problem with your video card.
Check that your video card is seated correctly you do this by gently pussing down on the card with your fingers.
then check that the leads from the video card to the monitor is fitted correctly and that it is not loose.
Your monitor should have an orange light on it and when you switch the computer on the light should change to green.
you may need to reinstall the driver for your video card

No signal means that the monitor is getting 'no signal' from the PC, so the first thing to check is that the PC is actually switched on, secondly check the cable from the monitor to the PC is plugged in correctly. If it is, then it's time to open up the PC, and reseat the Video card (Take it out, blow on it, then put it back in again!) If still no joy, then get a new video card, you can pick them up quite cheap if you're not after anything too flash. If that doesn't work, then it's time to call on the services of any 14 year old boy, because they always know how to fix computers!
If your computer's not working, how did you post this question???

Either the monitor's not plugged in or the base unit's not working. Sure you've done this already, but check the plugs are firmly in at the back of the monitor, the back of the hard drive, the electric socket etc. And make sure that you've not switched it off by accident.
Might be worth briefly swapping the monitors from the old one and the PC you're using at the moment, just to check the connections are all sound.

That happened to me after we had a power cut,
I went to switch on my PC when the power came back on and it kept flashing No Signal in all colours and i push all my cables in like it said in the book ect but it turned out you have to wait 30 - 60 seconds before turning on the computer, so switch on the screen let it flash No Signal for 60 seconds then put the computer box on it should work, unless there is something really wrong with it, good luck i hope this was helpful

It sounds like the monitor is not getting a signal from the computer. First thing to check is all the leads are propely connected - and the that the computer is actually switched on - assuming all that is ok it could be any number of problems - try to find a friend who knows a bit about computers!

If it says "No Signal" means that the Monitor is not getting any signals from the VGA Card. Try to see whether the monitor cable is securely connected to the VGA Card and check to see whether the monitor light swwtiches on.
Check back your casing to see whether there are more than one VGA Ports. If you have more than one, try connecting it to the other. It should work then.
