Like many overseas students, I'm doing a part-time job in a food store. A girl, working at background, comes from the country of mine and knows one of my friends. I noticed there's a serious problem between us since beginning, and she always brushed me off when I tried to talk to her. A while later, I found out she's spying on me thru a lady who works with me at front. She distorted all the facts I told 2 the lady and spreaded rumor around the store. 2 days ago, the friend we both know sent me a link of her blog and I was shocked when I saw there's a-whole-passage long comment about me. She tries to pick up every single linguistic mistake I made when I talk 2 other ppl. She even thinks I'm showing off my English when I greeting ppl in the store. And last week, she passed me and said "F***, I wanna kill you" when there's no one around us. I'm really pissed off by being unfairly judged and humiliated. Should I translate what she wrote (into English) and hand it to the manager? Thanks!

i think i would consult the manager (as a manger of a store) when there is conflict between employees it really hurts the business, it may not be noticeable now but it will hurt the business. this is what i would do, go to the manager, tell him/her what this person is doing tranlate what she wrote, and tell him i am her to work and not be playing games with people, and that i am afraid of her actions toward me and the may result in customer loss (if what shes doing this stuff in front of the customers........good luck and hope it all works out for you

I don't think handing the letter to your manager would do you any favours you either need to try and talk it out with this girl or instead expolain to the manager that there is a problem between the two of you and you do not know what but it is making your working life uncomfortable. Your manager should then discuss it with your colleague and then the two of you togehter to air your differences.
In the first instance i would speak to the girl first as it may cause more problems going straight to your boss. And she is probably jealous of you if you are at the front of the store and she is stuck out the back. Just also be careful what you say to others. People can not always be trusted.

Yes you should, butr how would your manager know that it is the right translation. you have to find out a way to make this girl stop, i am very sorry for what she is putting you through but i do not what to tell you, your best bet would be tranlate it and give it to the manager and if the threats get worse tell the police.

I think you should print the original blog, and also translate it and give it to the manager. That girl shouldn't be allowed to cuss at you, nevertheless threaten you. It sounds to me like she is a little jealous of you, so keep that in mind and have something to feel good about rather than being upset about her immaturity. Unfortunately, girls have, and always will be like that, so next time use it to your advantage.

be smarter than she.i was in smth like this situation.if u feel like u know english more than she WHY NOT TO SHOW IT!!!!?????Taik to people on front as much as u want and if she correts u just reply in front of everyone"if u know english better why am i on front and u r still working on back".ignore her few times....it helped me.The girl still doesnt want to mess with me:)GOOD LUCK.as for letter..it won`t help u coz u have to prove that she did it and stuff like this...But at the same time be careful she is very very very jealious person and she wont stop until she doesn`t get rid of u..Be aware

you should definitely let someone know that she is treating you this way. No one should have to work in an environment that they are uncomfortable in. Hang in there. She may just be jealous of you and this is the way she is showing it.

she is jelouse of you so just talk to her and tell her that she has nothing to worry about your not gonna do anything to jepordize her job. she porbably wants something you have maybe she likes your boyfriend
just kiss and make up everything will be fine.
