Dental Dams
Sterilize all toys used
Do not use toys on more than one person without proper sterilization or protection (condoms or whatever)
Stay in a commited monogomous relationship (in a perfect world)
Or just don't have sex. *lol*

...i'm not one to "sleep around", so to speak,...i mean, when i find the right grrrl, and i do mean the right grrrl,..."we" will know each other very, very well,...and "we" will have discussed "std's",...and once "we" are comfortable with each other, then and only then will "i" think about intimacy...
...i'm not saying this is "safe sex", but information, and conversation beats blind faith...

I just try to be as clean as possible, try not to swap "fluids"... But it's pretty hard I must say....

You can use dental dams
But they taste nasty
