Hi i have the same problem and tried everything then i came across "YSL Touche Eclat Radiant Touch" and its fantastic. It comes in a range of shades i personally use shade 2. You can buy it from any boots store but is quite expensive (Expect to pay around £25 pound for it i did the first time) but now i get mine from eBay and have paid no more than £15 pound. Honestly give it a try it really does conceal them dark circles.
I call it my little wonder stick.

I am a make up guru i.e I have bought every product under the sun, so feel i can help!
Under eye dark circles to be honest can not really be helped by cucumbers, patches etc - they work only in a very moderate fashion and you need a product that does the whole job rather then a half job (what's the point otherwise!) Patches help if you suffer from swollen eyes.
I have lots of under eye concealers (including YSL Touche which is good) but have found that Presciptives Camoflauge Cream is by far the best product. They can match up a good one for your skin colouring and if you wear a bit of foundation under it you will have a lovely even complexion with no tell tale dark circles! Using some primer under the eye area will help it stay on for the entire day too.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Like you said, Dark Eye Circles are heridatry - so you won't be able to reduce the appearance radically just conceal it. (May I say though, there is a product called Stretchvin from Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and it is pretty amazing for lifting the pigment from dark circles. it'[s expensive but quite good).
Best concealers for circles (bearing in mind it is dryer/delicate down there):
1. YSL Touche Eclat - but only for fair skins, you like a racoon if you are medium toned although it comes in 3 shades, you still look like a racoon. It also runs out quickly.
2. RMK Basic Concealer (Selfridges only) - This is amazing - I can't explain, after using fifty concealers how good this is at covering. U need a dot of eye cream though because its thick, but it will cover.
3. MAC Select - this has a nice consitency for the eyes, not too cloggy.
Dusting white powder over the top of the concealer will set it and brighten the skin to. By white powder, I mean and recommend:
1. Shu Uemura (stocked in HNichols) - Blush is PEACH WHITE - a matte, soft white I use under my eyes. (HAS TO BE MATTE!)
2. Guerlain Metorites - Mythic - a good all over but also adds radience.
3. RMK - do a white setting powder to go with the concealer that works well.
If you moisturise, conceal, powder, it will appear much lighter and last all day. Not too light tho - everyone naturally has some dark shadow under their eyes. You don't want to look like Caprice!

Ok this won't sound very technical but I found a white stick it's in the form of a tube of lip stick it's actually white in color. I use it on my dark circles when I don't get enough sleep. Start with a clean face apply the white concealer under your eye I have found it doesn't take much then lightly blend. Next cover with your foundation and powder. I think I found mine at Sally's Beauty Supply. I've had it forever. This has been the only thing to work for me. The only other thing I could suggest if you can't find it anymore is to get the lightest concealer stick and use it in place of the white. I'm sure that there are other products out there in the pricey department stores but I've found that the cheap stuff works just a good if not better most times. Good Luck

I suffer from the same problem and the best solution is Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat which is about £21. But I've found that a good copy which is a bit cheaper is Boots No 7 light reflecting concealer which is basically the same format. I've tried lots of the other brand equivalents but these are the only 2 that I have found really work. The Boots No 7 version is only about £11 and I think it works almost as well as Yves St Laurent.

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat is a miracle product & used by the stars!I have always kept some in my make up bag for the past 3 years and it truly is a fantastic light reflecting concealer pen. It's the equivalent to a good night's sleep in a bottle for me! It is available in almost any cosmetic store or pharmacy. It is well worth the money and it lasts for ages too. Hope this helps!

YSL Touche Eclate is good but Boots No7 do a much cheaper version which I think is just as good. Two things, use an eye cream not normal moisturiser as the skin around the eyes is much more delicate and don't use your normal foundation zas this will make them look worse because you want a product that will reflect the light to reduce the appearance of the dark circles.

I use Ideal Light by Estee Lauder too. It's 20 pounds but sooo worth it. I used the first one I bought every single day and it lasted for 10 months or so.
Also if your circles are blue: put something red under your eyes first - like a lipstick, cream blush...and then concealer - this works great if your skin has a pink undertone like mine because the red will neutralise the blue. Try it!
