There is one called Zicam that's more of a homeopathic remedy. It comes as nasal swabs, a spray, or these fizzy tablets. My wife and I have used it and it's works well. It will shorten the duration of the cold, but you will still have a few days of symptoms from the cold. It's sold OTC and found in the cold remedy aisle at the drugstore.

I can't quite remember it either, but I'm sure if you go to a drugstore you'll find it there with the cold medicines.
