correct! channel 5 are showing Newcastle and Eurosport are showing all Blackburn's games!!
Totally ridiculous...both teams finished lower than Spurs last year, neither club has anything like as good a record in Europe as us,both are just smaller clubs in general...i did hear though that Spurs are trying to do a deal with ITV to start THFCTV,not sure if that is correct, but maybe that's why ITV4 has got most of our games, although they don't appear to be showing tomorrows game!
look at these 2 web-sites...
liveonsat.com (no www.)
or
www.satfootball.com
they both list everygame played in Europe, and what channels they will be on!
to the "blind" Newastle fans out there....Spurs have the third largest following in the world after Man U and Real Madrid.they get fans from all over europe at every home game! i live in the Czech Republic and most football fans here have never even heard of Newcastle!!
Spurs have more foreign fan clubs than any British team after Man U and also take the biggest away support to games in England and Europe! so get your facts right!!
for the last 2 seasons White Hart Lane has been the most sold out ground in Britain!! 99.3% sold out for every game, the only games which don't sell out are the league cup games, and that's normally down to the away fans!!

I know the feeling Mr, as you can see I'm not a Spurs fan. With my team Chelsea if ever they were playing when Man U or Liverpool were playing on the same night, It was always the United or Liverpool game that was screen on ITV 1, the Chelsea games were always ITV4!.

Quite simple really.Nufc has more supporters worldwide than Spurs,so their will be more interest in the Nufc game than Spurs.Bigger audience for the adds etc.Sorry but somebody has to lose out.Pleased its Spurs.(Shearer was a god in disguise). Have a nice day.
