You need to click start, run, and type in msconfig on the top tab click startup and REMOVE ALL THE CHECKS, those are the things that start up right when you turn your computer on. Uncheck them all, reboot, and you shall be fine!

Free up some of your system resources by shutting down some of the programs that you have running on your PC. You have too many programs running fro your processor to handle at the same time and that slows down your processing speed for whatever you are trying to open up on the Internet.

Do a Disk Cleanup under accessoroes and then do a Disk Defragmentation. It may take awhile to do the defrag. If that doesn't work, how much memory do you have? If you have an old computer, I would recomment getting a new one with the latest and greatest everything.
Good Luck.

1) Shutdown some programs from the task menu
2) see what resource is being used up (processor/memory)
3) See if you can do anything about it.
4) install memory or upgrade processor if this is the cause.
5) install spyware/antivirus software and run.
6) reboot your machine and maybe reinstall your operating system again.
