hey, i bodybuild, and stand at 6ft 2 and weight 14st 2lbs, ..... i'm currently on promass (CNP) and it works fine, the only side effects you may have is an upset stomach for a few days.... this is because of the change in diet,.... i'm assuming that your a regular gym goer an as such will have a high protein diet anyway, the mass drinks give you protein as well as carbs,...

you do need to train to make the most of the nutritional value in the drink, but nothing works miricles..... and if it does it's probably illegal and has steroids in it!!!!...... SO STAY WELL CLEAR OF JUNK LIKE THAT..... do it the honest way!

the contents of the drinks are all natural existing compounds that are mixed together to give you the best of both worlds, ...... I take Pro mass about 30 mins before training and Propeptide before going to bed.... thats slow release so your body has fuel to repair whilst sleeping.......

the mass drinks are like a liquid meal..... so you'll be incresing your intake by at least one meal a day...... and thats what you have to do to pack on weight. The fact that your body weighs more will enable you to shift more weight.... but it's going to give you a bit of fat aswell as muscle,... so make sure you train well to avoid putting to much fat on.........

good luck

NB, if you have nevertaken protein drinks before,...ask your doc or the gym nutritionalist to check that you won't have any adverse reaction....... you shouldn't have though

Other than anabolic steroids which are not used for this purpose other than those with specific medical disorders there is no 'weight gainer'. Increasing caloric intake with a balanced diet and exercise are the best approach. Not everyone will gain weight at any given point in time. I was 125 pounds in college and worked hard at weight gain without success. 5 years later after 6 months of marriage I weighed 185 pounds and put myself on a weight loss diet.
