i've gotten those answers before , and obviously you are misunderstanding me , i dont want to ease off the pain for a few hours , take a pill that makes it a little bit better for a few hours.

i want it gone , its not fair for someone my age , i am into sports and i've ben practicing karate since i was a kid , i cant stand this.

Chiropractic therapy can often times have success with relieving growing pains! Try your local chiropractor!

you sound like my son! lol You can take tylenol or advil. I suggest at night before bed. Most of your growing is done will you are asleep.
Every kid and person is different, and there body reacts to pain defferently. I also suggest what I call "a total body stretch". Starting at your toes and work your way up to your face, squeezing and releasing each any every muscle.

I hope this works for you and good luck!

My cousin had this problem, the dr. said it was arthritis. He did grow out of it.. The only help is pain medication like aleve or ibuprophen.
