does postal box in Abu Dhabi Owns by two or more person?

I'm looking for My wife Address in Abu Dhabi but they gave only the postal box.now i search for that postal box but it appears to have many owner.can somebody tell me "HIs Excellency" mean somthing

Try to reach your wife on telephone and ask directly her address. Usually in Abu Dhabi they use postal address only (p.o. box no.) instead of physical address. His Excellency used to call for Rulers and their family members and diplomats.
