Reviews are one thing and summaries are another. Book reviews are common on Amazon.com. All you have to do is look up the book you are interested in and read the reviews that have been posted.
As far as summaries are concerned, a Yahoo search for "book summaries" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) will yield thousands of results. You will find what you want on just the first couple of pages of results. Some sites are free and some are subscription sites. You should find what you want very quickly if you just do the search and explore the results.
