Why ask a question when every man is an individual? That's the same as asking do women feel guilty when they cheat. The answer is, some PEOPLE feel guilty when they cheat, and some DON'T because they have no conscience.

There are decent men and there are jerks just like there are nice girls and there are bitches. Some men will feel guilty if they have a conscience and their concept of what's right and wrong is not twisted. However, sad to say that there are a lot of men who don't feel guilty when they cheat. The same goes for women. Some women feel guilty when they cheat and some don't.

Personally I'm not sure.
However after knowing a few guys who have cheated, and a few women who've cheated... The guys, by the time they hose someone else, they've given up all hope to score with the one they're with so they move on to fresh playing fields without much feeling... Since the feelings they initially had are all sucked up and spit out with the trash they have to take out, once they raise that virtual lid hundreds of times, shortly thereafter he gets that 'looking in the mirror' feeling and figures out that the chick he ended up with forget why she wanted him in the first place.
Women, from those I've known who cheated, they felt guilty for a while, but once they move on to new turf, they could care less about the men they cheat on, since they have fresh meat to train and to them that's 95% of the excitement.

Amy- Do you feel guilty when you cheat? Have you cheated? Don't you think that both sexes would feel guilty when they cheat? I think the answer is yes.

I am Jaded and Filled with hage.
If they are anything like me they feel guilty the first time and as they do it more often it goes away..
I told my married friend once when he was tempted that if he did it he would feel guilty and have that pain, but seriously it goes away the more you do it.
you only have one life to live and you should live it the way you want to..
If he wants to be loyal that is good and he should be happy about missing opportunities because to him its worth it.
On the other hand If you pass up opportunities and find out later that she did not then you really regret not living your life to its fullest potential.

absolutely. i cheated on a girlfriend once, and it was the biggest mistake ever! i felt it eating away at me for the longest time. there are a lot of good guys out there, and sometimes even good guys makes mistakes. but with good guys they usually learn from their mistakes and don't do it again, like me....
