Sorry, but collection of income taxes is legal. Ever hear of the 16th Amendment?

Amendment XVI - Status of Income Tax Clarified. Ratified 2/3/1913.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

The U.S. Constitution give Congress the power to tax,levy fees.
States,Counties and Cities do not have the power to tax except by the consent (vote) of the people.
Congress is responsible for paying the bills of the gov't. and raising the money to pay them.
The President is supposed to sent a budget to Congress listing what he wants and what it will cost,Congress is supposed to go over the budget and approve or disapprove any spending and authorize funds to be taken from the Treasury to fund the spending.
The President and the various dept's. cannot spend any money unless it is approved by Congress. So the next time your complain about the deficit,write your congressperson about it.

Have you read the US Constitution? We amended it to make the tax legal.

It is nice to spout off about the constutional right, However our country would colaspe with out taxes. Now if we could get our government to stop paying half the world to be our friends it would lower our taxes.We could take care of the sick, homeless, education and future of our great nation. The government is out of control i`ll grant you.Have a fun turkey day.I hope they don`t tax family gathering next.

Governments need to make money to run. If there were no taxes government could not exist.
