Do you think its the end of the world when someone doesn't have perfect grammar,or as long as you can read it its no big deal?

At first it bugged the crap out of me if someone wrote a question in that manner, and I'd usually tell them so, but I got a lot of backlashing, so now I don't really care. I haven't corrected anyone in a long time.

Of course not! grammar can be acquired while growing up while the end of the world is your last thing to be acquired.

If english is not their first language than it's O.K but if someone is not educated they should go back to school.

Depends on what mood I'm in...If I'm in a good mood it doesn't really bother me, but when I'm in a bad mood, it irritates the sh*t out of me!
