Should I take it? Is it a pill that can be crused? I cant swallow pills that great. Help me before I scream! I need someone to tell me if it's safe ! Before I get it .

clomid was safe for me. if your dr. wants u to take it than it must be safe. i doubt he wants to get sued for malpractice. i don't know if it can be crushed. if u want a baby really bad u will make yourself swallow it.
maybe u can cut the pill in 1/2 and than take it one at a time.

I conceived my daughter on Clomid and I am currently ttc again on it. I don't know if it can be crushed, but it's a small pill - about the size of a pencil eraser, only very thin. Also, you only take one a day for 5 days, so it's not many to take.
This is a very common drug. I've heard mainly positive things about it, but some negative. There are other medications that can help with ovulation, such as Femara and HCG injections. You could discuss other possibilities with your doctor before making a decision.

Clomid do help. In fact, i got pregnant last year & gave birth to a baby girl this year by taking this pill (married 10 years ago)

I was on clomid for a year, and its a very tiny pill size of a tictac...From what i hear from the docs its perfectley safe. I was on it back in 96 to 97, although it didn't help me, i got pregnanct 6 months after i got off it. but it did help regulate my periods. You shouldnt have a hard time taking it cause its really small..good luck to you and i hope everything works out for you..

I was on clomid for six months and convinced myself that i would get pregnant in this time. Unfortunetly it did not work for me and we are stil trying.
It is only small so easy to swallow, good luck but my only advice is don't get your hopes up.

I guess it depends how badly you want to get pregnant. The doctor wouldn't prescribe it to you if it was going to harm you.
