Yep, she is going to clean up congress by putting Murtha the bribery crook up for one position, nominating one of only 6 impeached federal judges for another...."and the beat goes on.....the beat goes on".

Hell, remember the Democrat Check bouncing scandall of the early 90's? That was childs play to what is coming.

Right now the Dems need to do things right since they want the big prize in '08. They capitalized on the disgruntlement with the Republicans in '06 but the voting public is watching to see if it will be more false promises or actual action. One terrorist act, one little mis-step and the Republicans will be pointing the fingers just as the Dems did over the last several years and the Dems will be toast in '08. So, don't think Pelosi will risk losing it all in loyalty to others but she might just shoot herself in the foot if she's not careful.

She already has and she does not care.

I can't imagine why anyone would have wanted Nancy Pelosi at the helm leading the Democrat Party in the House. The writing was on the wall where she was concerned. This is politics at its worst. I have to wonder how can the Democrats condone what this psycho bi@tch is doing...

The Dem's just want to fill as many offices as possible. Policies and issues are secondary to their mission of taking over the Government. I don't understand why the people of the U.S voted Democrat knowing that this wacko would have power. All I can say is God Bless America.

Its not political correctness, it is payback to reward people loyal to her and against people who have ever crossed her. In other words, good old fashioned politics.

Yes, she will, by the way. Our government rarely chooses the best person for the job, but rather the person with the most influence. Sometimes we get lucky and that is the same person.

I have a hard time believing that either party could do a better job at this point due to the politics of politics. The Dems are in power now because Americans were sick of the curruption of the current administration.

I think that she will do the right thing. National security is already at risk. It will be a monumental task in repairing the damage done in the past 6 years. It will be made an even more difficult task by tit-for-tat partisan namecalling, insulting, and arrogance.
